The role involves some ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider company when necessary. This may include; occasional reception cover, answering the phone, greeting visitors/customers, setting up meeting rooms; various filing, scanning, copying jobs; dealing with the post, arranging deliveries and other ad hoc tasks when there are staff absences.

  • experience using Sage
  • are working towards an accountancy qualification (we are committed to full, on the job training and will also support recognised accounting qualifications)
  • foreign language skills would be beneficial, but are not essential

The successful candidate will be compensated with an attractive package appropriate to qualifications and experience, to include a competitive salary and generous benefits including contributory pension, childcare vouchers and private dental and medical care.
